Tim Conway coming to Sarasota's Van Wezel

  Tim Conway, the comic actor who’s best remembered as a member of the “Carol Burnett Show” crew, is coming to Sarasota.

   He’ll be at Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall at 8 p.m. March 22. He’ll do a 90-minute show of stand-up and sketches. 
   Opening is impressionist Louise DuArt.
   Besides his 11 years on the Burnett show, for which he won five Emmys, Conway has starred in movies and appeared in countless sitcoms. He also created he popular “Dorf” series of videos and DVDs.The word is that some of his iconic character creations will make appearances during his Van Wezel show.
