Jamie Gregorich will be at her parents' home in Bradenton tonight watching herself on "Hell's Kitchen."

The 25-year-old, who also has her own house in the Friendly City, has worked for the past four years at famed Longboat Key eatery Euphemia Haye.

Her signature dish on "Hell' Kitchen," lollipop lamb chop with red onion confiture, will be served at the local restaurant starting this evening.

The debut "Hell's Kitchen" episode of season nine starring hot-headed celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay airs at 8 p.m. today on Fox.

Gregorich is a contestant on the red team.

Tune in to see if the Manatee County native survives Ramsay's wrath.
“(Ramsay) is a very passionate chef who is always trying to build on your weaknesses,” said Gregorich, who is sworn to secrecy about the outcome of the show. “Each chef is passionate in different ways and he’s just a little tougher.”
