Top 10 songs for Snooty the Manatee; Bradenton mascot has big birthday bash this weekend


Ah, Snooty.

The world's oldest manatee on record and one of Bradenton's most famous celebrities.

He turns 64 with a birthday bash Saturday at the South Florida Museum-Parker Manatee Aquarium.
